Salary: $75,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Lead and conduct all phases of cultural resource investigations under Section 106 and 110 of the NHPA.
• Manage archaeological fieldwork, including surveys, monitoring, testing, and data recovery.
• Supervise, mentor, and direct junior cultural resource personnel and field teams.
• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and Tribal representatives.
• Lead technical and strategy elements of proposal development, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables through independent review protocols.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) status.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in cultural resource positions.
• Ability to hold state permits for archaeology, with preference for Oregon, Idaho, or Washington.
• Must be eligible to be employed in the US.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
