What you will do

• Translate client objectives into evidence-based scientific content and medical communications programs.
• Guide medical writers and oversee the quality-control process to ensure scientific accuracy and editorial excellence.
• Partner with Scientific Director and Strategic Account Directors on strategic planning across projects.
• Engage directly with clients, authors, and key opinion leaders to shape scientific narratives across therapeutic areas.
• Contribute to content development, regulatory review, and advisory board planning.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth within medical communications solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced life sciences degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD).
• 2–3+ years of experience in a medical communications agency.
• Demonstrated expertise in medical/scientific writing and content development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with clients, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or managing medical writers.
• Exposure to regulatory review processes and advisory board development.
