Program Export Coordinator (PAC-3): Managing international import/export compliance for the PAC-3 missile system with an accent on regulatory adherence, license tracking, and strategic export planning. Location: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Position is fully remote within the U.S. with occasional travel to Arlington, TX, or Huntsville, AL.
Salary: $90,200 – $179,860 (range varies by location)

What you will do
- Provide export and releasability guidance to program managers, engineers, and supply chain personnel.
- Serve as the primary interface between International Trade Compliance (ITC) and the PAC-3 program.
- Review and provide export classifications for hardware and technical data.
- Maintain, review, and track multiple export licenses and agreements.
- Lead the PAC-3 Releasability Working Group and shape the program's export strategy.
- Ensure compliance with EXCOM guidance and international shipment regulations.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen to meet facility access and security requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Strong understanding of Department of State and Department of Commerce licensing processes.
- Proven experience developing or improving export strategies.
- Strong business acumen and process discipline with a focus on efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, MSTeams).
Nice to have
- Experience with PAC-3 missile systems or IAMD products.
- Familiarity with LM internal systems like MMS, IES, or ECLPS.
- Understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS).
- Experience with ITAR license exemptions and EAR license exceptions.
- Technical degree or military experience.
