What you will do

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems.
• Conduct engineering calculations and analysis such as heat loads and air flows.
• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation and design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior engineers on project milestones.
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and quality control processes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to innovative engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles including thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Jose, CA.
• Willingness to travel 20% to 40% to local client sites.

Nice to have

• Experience in AutoCAD and Revit software.
