Salary: £126,000–£148,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the technical relationship and long-term outcomes for a portfolio of strategic voice AI and real-time engineering accounts.
  • Drive architecture reviews and design consultations to model customer growth and scalability.
  • Deepen product adoption by identifying capability gaps and steering customers toward platform features.
  • Coordinate hirify.global teams including Developer Success Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers to support accounts.
  • Lead executive business reviews connecting platform health to business outcomes and surface technical risks.
  • Be on-site for major launches and critical escalations, and build the TAM playbook for the company.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote with presence in London.
  • 8+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, or senior engineering with customer exposure.
  • Trusted technical voice for engineering customers with strong developer-platform fundamentals (APIs, SDKs, frameworks).
  • Familiarity with real-time, distributed, or developer-platform systems and proactive customer health management.
  • Excellent communication skills with engineers and executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or voice AI infrastructure.
  • Experience building or operating LLM agent systems, voice AI pipelines, or AI-native applications.
  • Hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
  • Open source contributions and early-stage startup experience.
