What you will do
- Own a commercial customer book end to end: renewals, retention, and expansion.
- Spot when customer usage outgrows the current plan and determine when accounts are ready to expand.
- Build expansion account plans and draft outreach using AI while validating results through testing.
- Collaborate closely with CS and the wider GTM team; pull in Sales and Product when an account needs it.
- Turn learnings from accounts into feedback that improves how expansion is sold across the customer base.
Requirements
- Proven experience on the expansion side of account management, including renewal conversations.
- Comfort handling pushback from senior technical stakeholders (e.g., CTO/VP) and responding with clear, specific answers.
- Resilience with hard deals and a track record of working through complex situations.
- Genuine interest in AI tooling and the ability to break down workflows to find faster ways of working.
- Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
- Visa sponsorship required for candidates who need it to work in the United Kingdom.
