What you will do

• Serve as Operations Lead and act as the Program Manager during their absence.
• Oversee daily execution of technical task areas and coordinate project managers, technical leads, and subcontractors.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), monitoring milestones, dependencies, risks, and corrective actions.
• Lead recurring operational meetings, track action items, and manage executive status reporting.
• Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support Government oversight.
• Ensure strict compliance with NIH, HHS, FISMA, and NIST RMF security policies.

Requirements

• Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading federal IT or cybersecurity operations.
• Active PMP, ITIL Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or CISSP certification.
• Expert knowledge of program operations, IMS, risk/issue management, and federal IT governance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
