What you will do

• Manage daily order fulfillment activities for key accounts to ensure on-time shipment and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, driving accountability and performance.
• Allocate inventory, approve returns, and resolve complex order management exceptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Logistics to ensure end-to-end order execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors.
• Monitor team workload and delegate tasks to ensure optimal coverage and service levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and order management systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong business analysis and project management capabilities.
