Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, business, or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives within global, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate study execution in support of regulatory submissions.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating within governance frameworks and cross-functional decision forums.
• Ability to operate effectively across regulatory jurisdictions and global time zones.
