What you will do

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments across virtual and cloud-hosted platforms.
• Administer multi-cloud services including AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead outage management, including initial communication, triage, and escalation processes.
• Configure and utilize monitoring tools to ensure comprehensive alerting and incident awareness.
• Participate in 24x7 operational coverage, including on-call duties, weekends, and public holidays.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues using established playbooks and proactive risk assessment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, Texas or able to work onsite.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 3 years in a relevant IT role.
• Solid understanding of networking, scripting, and system architecture.
• Experience with VMware, vSan, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with IT Service Management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Ability to support critical infrastructure and C-Level executive IT needs.
