What you will do

• Install and configure SAS 9.4m8 on AWS-based infrastructure using secure HTTPS protocols.
• Execute migration plans to transition on-premises servers, metadata, and users to the cloud.
• Migrate file system content, including SAS datasets, programs, and Enterprise Guide assets.
• Perform post-installation validation, UAT, and troubleshoot migration-related issues.
• Ensure system alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards across Windows and Linux.
• Develop technical documentation (PIRD) and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in software or systems engineering roles.
• Experience installing and configuring SAS (version 9.4 or similar).
• Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with both Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise analytics or data platforms.
• Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide and related components.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or platform migrations.
