What you will do
- Repair, sharpen, and refurbish precision surgical instruments.
- Manage on-site repairs, maintenance, and testing of medical equipment.
- Diagnose technical problems and determine effective solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare customers.
- Partner with sales teams to support business growth in the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate daily work orders and customer reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to work onsite in clinical settings, including hospitals and clinics.
- Must comply with all vendor credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and mandatory immunizations (e.g., COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B).
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to interpret technical manuals.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

- Experience with machining or handling delicate metal instruments.
