What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments at customer sites.
• Execute instrument installations and retrofit installations.
• Resolve complex hardware and software problems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, applications, and sales teams.
• Ensure all field activities comply with GOP procedures and GMP regulations.
• Manage company assets, including parts inventory and tools.

Requirements

• AA Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technician, Laboratory Technician, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment or Field Service Technician.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Knowledge of electronics, medical terminology, and basic immunology.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting using manufacturer’s manuals with minimal support.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
