What you will do

• Own the end-to-end in-store go-to-market strategy for Brazil.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Category, and retailer requirements.
• Lead, negotiate, and audit Trade Marketing agency services.
• Optimize Extended Sales Force productivity and coverage across Tier 1 and Tier 2 stores.
• Design shopper decision journeys and ensure consistent execution across in-store touchirify.globaloints.
• Track business KPIs and manage Trade Marketing investments to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in segment marketing, Trade Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also be considered.
• Experience with analytics, data analysis, market research, marketing strategy, and marketing communications.
• Knowledge of go-to-market strategy, Key Performance Indicators, Business-to-Business, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
