What you will do

• Manage the full Global Compliance function and lead the global compliance leadership team.
• Lead all licensing processes and maintain a deep understanding of global regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and manage customer onboarding and ongoing compliance processes, including AML and sanctions.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with regional regulators.
• Manage regulatory filings and coordinate responses to regional regulatory examinations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of compliance experience (AML, sanctions, financial crimes) within financial services or a Fintech startup.
• Proven experience in scaling international expansion for a Fintech startup.
• Demonstrated ability to build and oversee complex programs in dynamic, growth-minded environments.
• Experience working directly with regional financial regulators and managing exams.
• Legal or law degree is preferred.
