Utility Technician

What you will do

• Coordinate vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure overall fleet health.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tire swaps and light repairs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections for cleanliness, readiness, and visual appearance.
• Manage the in-fleeting and de-fleeting process in collaboration with Fleet Managers.
• Support local operations with equipment maintenance, workspace organization, and market initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no felonies, no DUI/DWI, and no more than 2 speeding tickets.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check is mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Practical knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and diagnostics is preferred.
