What you will do

• Guide external developers and agencies through API planning and integration processes.
• Manage and maintain sandbox environments for partner testing and validation.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with internal engineering teams to unblock partners.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, API guides, and tutorials.
• Partner with onboarding teams to support technical launches for new clients.
• Synthesize developer feedback to drive product improvements and platform evolution.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on APIs and integrations.
• Experience with modern web stacks and familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, approachable documentation.
• Experience with webhooks, event-driven patterns, or third-party integrations.
• Curiosity about AI tooling and its application in improving developer workflows.
