What you will do

• Design and maintain the full agent lifecycle from initiation to workflow completion.
• Implement logic for agent routing, tool calls, escalations, and fallback behaviors.
• Develop and refine RAG pipelines over knowledge bases to improve grounding quality.
• Integrate agents with internal APIs, messaging systems, and AI gateways.
• Build observability tools for tracking state transitions, logs, and audit trails.
• Extend evaluation harnesses including scenario-based testing and LLM-as-judge frameworks.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Laravel and PHP.
• Experience building and tuning RAG systems and LLM-assisted workflows.
• Strong understanding of API integration and system architecture.
• Ability to implement safety guardrails and fallback logic in production environments.
• Experience with observability, logging, and evaluation frameworks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with AI and Data engineering teams.
