What you will do

• Develop and support core application services, building, testing, and debugging backend features.
• Implement secure integrations with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP B1, Stripe, and tax engines.
• Build serverless event-driven applications on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Route53, and AppConfig.
• Optimize API latency and system integrity using Redis/ElastiCache and scope-based authorization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SRE, Customer Care, and Accounting teams to resolve integration bottlenecks.
• Maintain technical documentation, including API specifications and system design diagrams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional backend experience with proficiency in PHP 8.x and/or Go.
• Practical experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway) and Infrastructure as Code (AWS SAM).
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL, MSSQL) and experience with cache-first patterns (Redis, Memcached).
• Proven track record of designing and debugging third-party API integrations for ERP and CRM systems.
• Experience writing clean, testable code with PHPUnit or Go testing.
• English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) required for daily international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bref (PHP on AWS Lambda) and modern PHP API design (PHP-DI, FastRoute).
• Direct experience with SAP B1 Service Layer or Salesforce REST API.
