What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic customer projects, from technical discovery to production deployment.
• Build and deploy complex system integrations, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Interface with enterprise systems including data lakes, identity management, PLM, and ERP solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to analyze needs, propose technical solutions, and guide adoption.
• Develop targeted customer solutions while ensuring design scalability for the broader user base.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for the core development team.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions in environments with ambiguous requirements.
• Ability to write clean, production-grade code across multiple languages (language agnostic).
• Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., data lakes, IdP, PLM, ERP).
• Confidence in leading deeply technical conversations with customer engineering and IT teams.
• Must be based in Canada or the US.
• Preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience embedding within customer environments for enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering data, processes, or systems.
• Experience with API-first products or developer platforms.
