What you will do

• Own strategic pricing and promotions operations, including monitoring and evaluating commercial system performance.
• Establish the weekly rhythm of commercial health monitoring, metrics, and reporting cadences.
• Partner with Finance to translate commercial outputs into P&L impact, connecting demand actions to profit and bookings.
• Translate supply-demand dynamics into operational inputs for fleet orchestration and vehicle-hour targets.
• Synthesize complex operational and financial data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a quantitative, high-output role such as analytics, strategy & operations, or investment banking.
• Strong technical foundation with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to independently pull, structure, and analyze large, disparate datasets.
• Comfort writing Python or similar languages to accelerate analysis.
• Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline like economics, finance, or engineering.
• Ability to distill complex analysis into concise storytelling for cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience standing up new operational processes or reporting rhythms from scratch.
• Familiarity with pricing, promotions, demand/supply forecasting, or marketplace economics.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or advanced analytics tooling like R and Databricks.
