Salary: $147,760 – $221,640

What you will do

• Provide technical direction for engineering teams delivering motor, generator, and resistor grid designs.
• Oversee motor product development through NTI, NPI, and CPI process rigor.
• Develop design parameters, performance characteristics, and technical specifications for components.
• Participate in supplier selection, capability assessments, and prototype fabrication.
• Monitor and test new technologies, materials, and components for process improvement.
• Analyze root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions for challenging applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related) required.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Extensive experience in ePowertrain systems and component trade-offs.
• Expert knowledge of product development lifecycles and project management strategies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills for troubleshooting complex manufacturing problems.
