Salary: $110,000 - $143,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead mechanical architecture, design, and functional validation across multiple concurrent programs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers, establishing design quality standards.
• Drive mechanical design strategy in partnership with ID, Product, and Program Management teams.
• Own system integration of mechanical and electromechanical subassemblies.
• Champion DFM and manufacturing readiness through all development stages (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP).
• Manage relationships with suppliers, EE, and operations teams to resolve complex engineering challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design of consumer electronics, IoT, or electro-mechanical products.
• Proven track record of shipping multiple high-volume products from concept to mass production.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions at a senior level.
