GTM Commercial Strategy Lead (Cybersecurity): Defining and orchestrating global commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and customer value with an accent on cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing. Focus on designing scalable go-to-market motions, product commercialization frameworks, and complex pricing strategies within a high-growth cloud security environment.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $225,500 – $310,000 USD (Base salary only)

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to define global growth initiatives and market opportunities.
  • Architect scalable land-and-expand, upsell, and cross-sell frameworks in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Unify direct, partner-led, and cloud marketplace sales motions across the organization.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Product Management and Marketing to commercialize new offerings.
  • Harmonize product roadmaps with pricing structures and packaging to maximize customer value.
  • Facilitate decision-making and navigate complex trade-offs to ensure growth strategies are executable.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Product Strategy, or Management Consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and scaling revenue growth motions with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of influencing VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Must have legal right to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
  • Strong executive communication and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Deep familiarity with cloud Marketplace co-sell infrastructure.
  • Experience building pricing and packaging designs in collaboration with finance teams.
