Salary: $200,000 - $228,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Own the acquisition funnel performance from lead generation through closed-won revenue.
  • Define and manage the GTM operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and MBRs.
  • Oversee the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and engagement tools, in partnership with Business Systems.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on operations, systems, and analytics.
  • Redesign GTM workflows and processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and lead routing.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning and improving GTM funnel performance and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong technical acumen with Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
  • Experience leading and developing cross-functional operations and analytics teams.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment.
