What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of procurement operations specialists.
• Optimize and administer procurement systems like Coupa, Astra, and Ironclad.
• Partner with Finance leadership to ensure spend visibility, budgetary controls, and accurate PO processes.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Manage audit, SOX, and compliance reporting to ensure process adherence.
• Implement procurement policies and approval frameworks across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Procurement Operations or related roles.
• 1–3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
• Proven ability to manage workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong experience with procurement systems such as Coupa, Astra, or Ironclad.
• Extensive experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders.
