What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-powered oncology modules.
• Translate complex clinical and business requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Lead product development ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Monitor post-release performance using product analytics and clinical outcome data.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Data/AI, Engineering, and Clinical Operations teams.
• Serve as the primary product voice to leadership and stakeholders regarding technical progress and trade-offs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or platform products.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required for all global communication and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex products with multiple technical dependencies.
• Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products and data pipelines.
• Strong command of Agile delivery practices.
• Experience working across time zones in a distributed team environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
• Familiarity with health data compliance frameworks like HIPAA, GDPR, or mCODE.
• Technical background or prior experience as an engineer or data analyst.
• Exposure to pharma or CRO partnerships and drug development workflows.
