Specialist People Operations

Specialist People Operations (HR Operations): Serving as the frontline champion for employee lifecycle activities, delivering high-quality support for queries and transactional administration from hire to retire. Focus on execution accuracy, volume management, and ensuring operational KPIs are met while maintaining a seamless employee experience.

Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, managing and resolving tickets in ServiceNow.
• Administer employee data changes throughout the lifecycle within Workday and other internal systems.
• Ensure data integrity and privacy compliance, including adherence to GDPR and local labor laws.
• Validate monthly payroll reports and collaborate with external payroll providers.
• Provide administrative support for visa and immigration processes in cooperation with Global Mobility.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent job experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in People Operations.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, Workday experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
