Business Technology Solutions Manager - Emerging Pharma/ZAIDYN

Location: New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Diego, South San Francisco, or Thousand Oaks, United States. Hybrid model with onsite presence at clients or hirify.global offices three days per week and remote work two days per week. Travel to clients and global offices is required as needed.

Salary: $200,000–$229,500 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of clients using ZAIDYN data management and analytics modules.
• Lead multiple medium- to large-scale technology deployments and coordinate end-to-end delivery with onshore and offshore teams.
• Develop scalable solutions across data analytics, BI reporting, AI, digital, big data, cloud, and master data management.
• Support business development through sales calls, RFP responses, service proposals, pricing estimates, and capacity planning.
• Present project status and technology recommendations to clients and senior leadership, serving as an escalation point.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate technical teams while supporting project planning and staffing management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, MIS, IT, or a related discipline.
• 10–14 years of relevant consulting-industry experience delivering medium- to large-scale technology solutions.
• Experience creating products or solutions involving Big Data Analytics and complex technology implementations.
• Knowledge of solution development for large-scale, multi-tenant applications and experience with agile teams and short release cycles.
• Strong technical leadership, mentorship, collaboration, communication, presentation, supervisory, and project management skills.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance and curation, data quality, master data management, data integration, data virtualization, and self-service data preparation and testing.
• Experience managing virtual global teams and communicating technical concepts to varied audiences.
