TL;DR

Specialist People Operations (French Speaking): Deliver Tier 1 frontline employee lifecycle support, managing employee inquiries and transactional administration from hire to retire with an accent on execution accuracy, SLA/KPI adherence, and high-volume case management. Focus on resolving first-line requests in ServiceNow, maintaining employee data changes in Workday and related HR systems, and escalating complex cases while supporting compliance, payroll validation, and baseline immigration administration.

What you will do

  • Manage Tier 1 case management: triage and resolve employee tickets in ServiceNow while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and service standards.
  • Perform lifecycle administration: execute accurate employee data changes across Workday and other internal People systems.
  • Own day-to-day operations for assigned business accounts/regions and handle smart escalation of complex or sensitive cases.
  • Support compliance and documentation: handle sensitive employee data under GDPR and local privacy rules; generate and securely store lifecycle documents.
  • Validate monthly payroll reports and collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure correct local registrations.
  • Provide baseline administrative support for visa/immigration processes in coordination with Global Mobility and external vendors.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in People Operations.
  • Strong grasp of French statutory regulations governing People Operations and lifecycle administration.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders across HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
