Salary: $195,500 - $264,500

What you will do

• Build and iterate on core product workflows used by compensation teams and managers.
• Translate complex customer feedback into concrete technical milestones and features.
• Lead design decisions across the team and mentor other engineers.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ship end-to-end solutions.
• Drive technical architecture for data-intensive compensation intelligence tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies, specifically TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong product intuition and ability to balance speed with robust architecture.
• Proven track record of breaking down ambiguous problems into actionable milestones.
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring other engineers.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment (3-4 days/week in-office) in San Francisco or New York.

• Experience working at a B2B SaaS company during rapid growth.
• Background in platform expansion or scaling data-heavy applications.
