Salary: $195,500 - $264,500

What you will do
- Build and iterate on core product workflows used by compensation teams and managers.
- Translate complex customer feedback into concrete technical milestones and features.
- Lead design decisions across the team and mentor other engineers.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ship end-to-end solutions.
- Drive technical architecture for data-intensive compensation intelligence tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies, specifically TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong product intuition and ability to balance speed with robust architecture.
- Proven track record of breaking down ambiguous problems into actionable milestones.
- Experience in technical leadership and mentoring other engineers.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment (3-4 days/week in-office) in San Francisco or New York.

- Experience working at a B2B SaaS company during rapid growth.
- Background in platform expansion or scaling data-heavy applications.
