What you will do

• Develop API-first workflow integrations for workplace applications and AI tooling, focusing on search capabilities and production automations.
• Create client interfaces and frameworks for dashboards and visualizations to reduce internal process complexity.
• Implement service integrations for CI/CD and automation to provide cross-platform visibility and metrics gathering.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to translate user requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Design and deliver simple, effective integrations that improve the day-to-day employee experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY
• Strong full-stack skills: backend development in Node with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with client frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular.
• Proven track record of building software solutions for user workflows or internal tools.
• Experience designing API-first integrations, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
