Salary: $120,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from initial kickoff through to full go-live.
• Map complex business processes to the platform and manage integrations with ERP, CRM, and tax systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert on accounting requirements and financial workflows.
• Manage project timelines, requirements, and stakeholder expectations across finance and operations teams.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to identify product gaps and drive roadmap improvements.
• Develop and maintain implementation playbooks to support the growth of the department.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in implementation or customer onboarding at early-stage startups.
• Deep expertise in accounting principles and technical systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with CFOs, controllers, and technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work 5 days a week in-office.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating ERPs such as NetSuite or Sage.
• Background in fintech or SaaS environments.
• CPA certification or Big Four experience.
