Compensation: $2,500 - $3,500 USD/month

What you will do
- Own end-to-end case coordination for a high-volume, multi-channel queue.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and financial coordination for high-stakes transactions.
- Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and checklists to optimize operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary operational link between law firms, insurance carriers, and medical experts.
- Ensure zero-defect accuracy in all case-related documentation and financial reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end case or account management within a B2B environment.
- C1+ English proficiency (near-native mastery) for professional communication.
- Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET with 100% overlap.
- Proven track record of managing money-adjacent workflows like invoicing or billing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and CRM or case-management systems.
- Experience building or repairing operational processes from scratch.
