TL;DR

Client Operations Manager (Legal-Medical): Managing end-to-end case coordination and operational workflows for a legal-medical services company with an accent on high-volume queue management and financial accuracy. Location: Must be based in LATAM, the Philippines, or South Africa and available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (100% overlap required).

Compensation: $2,500 - $3,500 USD/month

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end case coordination for a high-volume, multi-channel queue.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and financial coordination for high-stakes transactions.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and checklists to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary operational link between law firms, insurance carriers, and medical experts.
  • Ensure zero-defect accuracy in all case-related documentation and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end case or account management within a B2B environment.
  • C1+ English proficiency (near-native mastery) for professional communication.
  • Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET with 100% overlap.
  • Proven track record of managing money-adjacent workflows like invoicing or billing.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and CRM or case-management systems.
  • Experience building or repairing operational processes from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Domain exposure to medicolegal, legal services, or insurance claims.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup or founder-led business.
  • Ability to rapidly learn bespoke internal tools.
