TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Kenya, Mexico, or Venezuela

What you will do

  • Manage inbound support tickets, emails, and live chat inquiries for business clients.
  • Process order entries, modifications, remakes, and credit requests using Shopify.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery issues, missing items, or operational service failures.
  • Partner with Logistics and Fulfillment teams to ensure timely order resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account preferences in CRM systems.
  • Identify operational trends and recommend process improvements to internal workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
  • Live chat support experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Experience managing high-volume support inboxes with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting B2B, Enterprise, or institutional clients.
  • Background in Food, Logistics, or E-commerce industries.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
