What you will do
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches within cross-functional New Product Pods.
- Develop end-to-end strategic frameworks, including market analysis, customer insights, and execution planning.
- Structure complex business problems and build hypotheses to inform investment decisions and product direction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to build business cases and long-term strategic plans.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase productivity and execution effectiveness.
- Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership to guide business priorities.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, finance, or sales strategy.
- Strong experience in GTM strategy, ideally with new product launches or product-led growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from large datasets.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior and executive-level audiences.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple high-priority projects in ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience using modern AI or productivity tools to accelerate analysis.
