Salary: $119,000 – $180,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches within cross-functional New Product Pods.
  • Develop end-to-end strategic frameworks, including market analysis, customer insights, and execution planning.
  • Structure complex business problems and build hypotheses to inform investment decisions and product direction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to build business cases and long-term strategic plans.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase productivity and execution effectiveness.
  • Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership to guide business priorities.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, finance, or sales strategy.
  • Strong experience in GTM strategy, ideally with new product launches or product-led growth.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior and executive-level audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple high-priority projects in ambiguous environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, BigQuery, or Databricks.
  • Experience using modern AI or productivity tools to accelerate analysis.
