What you will do

• Develop and ship AI features for theft detection, routing intelligence, and alerting across the core roadmap.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from problem framing and modeling to production deployment and monitoring.
• Build evaluation harnesses and precision/recall tracking to ensure high-quality production handoffs.
• Collaborate with product managers and platform engineers within an outcome-oriented Agile process.
• Translate complex technical modeling decisions into clear business context for execuhirify.global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry data science experience with a track record of productionizing initiahirify.globals.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Senior-level depth in statistical modeling, ML, and modern AI/LLM techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating ML in Snowflake and AWS.
• Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial, supply chain, or IoT sensor data.
• Proficiency with dbt.
