What you will do

• Develop and execute Reddit community management strategies for clients.
• Build authentic brand presence while adhering to platform guidelines.
• Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities for brand visibility.
• Create and manage social content calendars and engagement playbooks.
• Track and report on community growth, engagement, and AI search visibility metrics.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content Marketing, and Digital PR teams to support organic growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–5 years of experience in social media, online communities, or influencer programs.
• Demonstrated experience with Reddit community management and subreddit culture.
• Strong understanding of community engagement metrics and social performance reporting.
• 3–5 years of experience in an agency environment.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Reddit Ads and LinkedIn thought leadership.
• Familiarity with AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or scalable service offerings.
