What you will do

• Configure, integrate, and tailor software products to meet specific client business requirements and solve identified problems.
• Conduct information-gathering meetings with clients to determine business goals, needs, and desired outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across product and organizational lines to achieve optimal resolution.
• Act as a primary liaison between the company and customers, conveying critical feedback to technical design and engineering staff.
• Provide technical support and training to users to ensure they use software products effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Windows Server Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with IIS Certificates.
• Basic Networking experience.
• Must be based in the United States; ineligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Some Project Management experience.
