What you will do

• Develop and implement batch jobs, workflows, and software components using workload automation tools.
• Analyze automation needs for internal and external customers to provide technical deliverables.
• Provide expert support in isolating faults and failures in time-critical batch jobs.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support other IT teams in utilizing automation software.
• Ensure adherence to IT SOX Audit controls for batch jobs and access management.
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident management and resolution.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in workflow development and engineering with automation tools.
• Proficiency in Linux, UNIX, AIX, and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to code scripts in Unix, Linux, and Windows system interface languages.
• Must be based in the US and not require visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for enterprise platforms.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management framework principles.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to optimize daily work and evaluate outputs.
