What you will do

• Design and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to automate enterprise workflows.
• Develop custom Power Platform connectors and MCP servers to integrate internal banking systems.
• Architect and govern Dataverse solutions serving as the system of record for AI agents.
• Build reusable agent tools and plug-ins using C# and .NET 10.
• Operate Power Platform ALM at scale using GitHub Actions and managed environments.
• Implement responsible AI governance, including DLP policies and content safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience building enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI platforms.
• Proficiency in C# and modern .NET development.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform ALM, Dataverse design, and Azure AI services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert.
• Azure AI Engineer Associate certification.
• Experience with GitHub Advanced Security and OIDC federation.
