What you will do

• Define and own the target architecture for the Digital Platform, establishing roadmaps for headless commerce and domain-driven microservices.
• Lead the modernization strategy to evolve fragmented legacy applications into a unified, composable platform.
• Establish architecture principles, engineering standards, and governance for cloud-native development and CI/CD.
• Direct the organization's technical strategy for Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
• Mentor architects and engineering leaders to ensure consistent technical direction and engineering excellence.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to align technology investments with modernization goals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale digital platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience designing large-scale commerce platforms supporting high transaction volumes.
• Expertise in DDD, Microservices, Headless Commerce, and Cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and corporate benefits).
