What you will do

• Lead presales discovery, analysis, and architecture design for Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) accounts.
• Drive digital services sales strategy focusing on application modernization, SDLC, and AI adoption.
• Create compelling technical proposals, target architectures, and formal scopes of work (SOW).
• Act as the primary technical bridge between sales teams and delivery engineering to ensure solution feasibility.
• Engage and lead conversations with C-level stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and SVPs.
• Mentor technical specialists and evangelize AI-driven development and data practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 10+ years in digital/cloud solution delivery and consulting.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture and solution design.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with modern app and data stacks such as microservices, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Proven ability to lead consultative presales and communicate complex ideas to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Architect-level certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building GenAI and agentic solutions (RAG pipelines, LLM-based applications).
• Background in Healthcare and Life Sciences with knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and FHIR/HL7 integrations.
• Experience authoring complex RFP/RFI responses and SOWs.
