What you will do
- Prospect and generate a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities within the defined EMEA territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing complex enterprise deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunity stages within Salesforce.
- Forecast business performance on a weekly basis to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with strategic customers to drive growth and referrals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and execute regional Go-to-Market strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
- Must be based in Europe.
- Proven track record of developing a qualified pipeline through outbound lead generation and cold calling.
- Experience running enterprise-grade sales processes and methodologies.
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in supply chain or logistics sales is heavily preferred.
