What you will do

  • Prospect and generate a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities within the defined EMEA territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunity stages within Salesforce.
  • Forecast business performance on a weekly basis to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with strategic customers to drive growth and referrals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and execute regional Go-to-Market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
  • Must be based in Europe.
  • Proven track record of developing a qualified pipeline through outbound lead generation and cold calling.
  • Experience running enterprise-grade sales processes and methodologies.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in supply chain or logistics sales is heavily preferred.
