What you will do

• Define enterprise architecture standards, reference patterns, and best practices for AI-powered applications and intelligent agent systems.
• Lead the development and adoption of reusable AI platform capabilities, frameworks, templates, and developer tooling.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and guide teams through technical discovery and implementation planning.
• Evaluate emerging AI platforms, models, and frameworks to ensure the AI strategy remains aligned with industry advancements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Resilience teams to establish secure development and deployment standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale cloud applications and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms such as OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Gemini, or Anthropic.
• Strong proficiency in APIs, Model Context Protocol, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native development.
• Must be based in New Jersey for regular in-office collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling AI-powered applications or intelligent agent systems in production environments.
• Expertise in agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or Developer Platforms.
