Location: Remote (USA-REMOTE), specific to the United States. Ability to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits (approx. 25 – 40%).

Salary: $138,071.00 – $186,395.40

What you will do

• Lead executive discovery sessions, rapidly prototype, and validate AI agent solutions using hirify.global's platform.
• Develop business cases by quantifying value through KPIs and ROI modeling, linking technical possibilities to enterprise outcomes.
• Architect tailored deployment paths balancing quick wins with scalable custom solutions.
• Own end-to-end configuration-first deployments, integrating new workflows into client operations.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable technical requirements and coordinate with technical counterparts.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews to present delivered value and act as the customer's voice for product refinement.

Requirements

• 8+ years in management consulting (strategy, operations, tech) or forward-deployed solution roles at data platform companies.
• Proven technical fluency, including SQL essential, familiarity with Python, APIs, and modern data architectures.
• Executive presence with superior communication skills, capable of facilitating and advising at the C-level.
• Demonstrated track record of building and deploying low/no-code solutions from prototype to production.
• Relentless problem solver, synthesizing ambiguity into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits (approx. 25 – 40%).
