What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to design integrated solutions that transform customer workflows for Tier 1 accounts.
• Design and execute technical proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate platform value.
• Create technical guides, demo assets, and training programs to enable the broader solutions organization.
• Act as a field expert for R&D to influence the future roadmap of API and AI capabilities.
• Develop architectural frameworks and workflow diagrams illustrating platform integration into diverse tech stacks.
• Identify repeatable technical patterns to build global assets like custom script galleries and templates.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience designing custom integrations using RESTful APIs and serverless architectures like AWS Lambda.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of SaaS buying behaviors and enterprise procurement.
• Ability to present bold visions to C-level executives and influence cross-functional teams.
