Senior Solutions Architect (AI/API)

Location: Office-centric hybrid schedule based in San Francisco or Dublin; standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with work-from-home options on other days depending on the role and team.

Base salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity, variable bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to design integrated solutions for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Design and execute technical proofs of concept and minimum viable products that demonstrate Asana’s platform value.
• Create technical guides, reusable demos, script galleries, workflow templates, and training programs for low-code and non-code engagements.
• Develop architectural frameworks and workflow diagrams showing how Asana integrates with customer technology stacks.
• Capture enterprise customer insights and partner with Product Management and Engineering to influence API, AI, and platform roadmaps.
• Lead complex technical projects, delegate work, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end or building technical programs from the ground up.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, JavaScript, or Node and experience designing custom REST API integrations and serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda.
• Ability to present strategic technical visions to C-level executives and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Knowledge of SaaS buying behavior, enterprise procurement cycles, work management, and technology ecosystems including CRM, iPaaS, and cloud hosting.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco or Dublin office under an office-centric hybrid schedule.
