What you will do

• Lead multi-market pursuits, partnering with business development and sector leaders to identify and win complex opportunities.
• Establish account management frameworks, governance models, and communication protocols for national clients.
• Oversee delivery performance, identify execution risks, and drive corrective actions across regions.
• Coordinate project management, advisory, and specialty services into unified client solutions.
• Build and scale a team of account managers and multi-market delivery leaders.
• Manage RFP responses, presentations, and client interviews for large-scale assignments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in project management, construction management, real estate, or professional services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies within a matrixed organization.
• Strong background in business development and complex pursuit management.
• Executive-level leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED.
• Experience working with both occupier and investor clients.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
