What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project execution phases to ensure adherence to schedules and financial constraints.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Monitor team performance and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate sector (5 years preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in an office environment.
