Salary: $175,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary lead for major client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
• Drive business development, account expansion, and lead fee proposal negotiations.
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue tracking, margin analysis, and forecasting.
• Lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning and procurement.
• Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, mentoring, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Cost Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Center projects.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, CCP, or PMP.
